At the Pastras estate, join the hunt for the noble truffle alongside a pack of expert truffle dogs.

Regardless of how full your wicker basket becomes, the journey is a celebration in itself.

The grapes here also play their part, yielding a natural and honest wine that guests can savor at a refreshing temperature after a joyful game at the estate’s boulodrome.

La Coquillade - Avelan Restaurant

The finest dining experience among the three restaurants at La Coquillade, a 5-star hotel built on the foundations of a 14th-century winemakers’ village and led by Chef Pierre Marty.

This establishment defies culinary conventions, blending seasonal ingredients sourced from its own vegetable and fruit garden.

In Fontvieille, Provence, nestled within the former barrel cellar of the estate, lies La Table d’Estoublon.

On the slopes of the Gordes bastide, beneath the shaded terraces of century-old mulberry trees, L’Orangerie in Provence welcomes you with bold and flavorful Provençal cuisine.
